mixed feelings about the stay
loose railing formal dining
I found a couple of things disappointing. the balcony railing felt loose (i was really nervous about my toddler). the dining felt too formal. I would have liked a more relaxed atmosphere.

solid beach experience
putting green easy access
i liked the putting green access from the first floor. it was very easy to get to the pool and beach. the rooms offered ample space and worked well for our family, including our children.
The bed was not clean. I got bitten by bed bugs. i shared this with the front desk manager, but no action was taken. they just said they would look into it to keep us calm.

this hotel offers direct beach access, A HUGE PLUS. it is set in a quiet residential area. several restaurants with a variety of options are on site.

beach umbrellas and chairs are PROVIDED . the staff was very friendly and efficient. i noticed many staff members were good with children, SUCH a RELIEF.

maintained pool great playground outdated hotel poor service
the pool area was well maintained. my family enjoyed the kids playground.. it was a great addition. the room was a good size, and it was clean. everything inside the room and bathroom was well kept.
i am genuinely surprised by the glowing reviews. the hotel itself seemed a bit outdated. the service was not great, as i waited at a table near the outdoor bar for 45 minutes without any service.
